Description
Plywood ties are available in Long end(LE) or Short end (SE). Long end ties are used with ¾” plywood + 2×4 waler + 2×4 strong back and measure 8 ¼” at each end plus wall thickness. Short end ties are used with ¾” plywood + 2×4 waler and measure 4 ¾” at each end plus wall thickness. 1” plastic cones are standard but can be ordered with 1 ½” or 2” cones. Safe working load of a Snap Tie SE or LE is 2,250 lbs (Safety Factor 2:1). Optional water resistant neoprene washer and Fractional sizes are available on request.
